Tucked between the foaming tides and shelter of evergreen-encrusted cliffs, Deception Pass separates Whidbey Island from the rest of Washington State, connected by twin bridges spanning its strait. Its park boasts in miles of rocky shoreline and beautiful forests. I love this location!
When Katie Day approached me about creating this chalkboard for the shoot, I was so delighted! As a former English major, I tend to gravitate toward poems and well-scripted verse that says it all. And of course, can be decorated to match the beauty of selected floral patterns and colors. This poem was written by e.e. cummings. Like a perfectly chosen pair of good shoes completes an outfit, a well matched and designed chalkboard compliments the style of a wedding. Check it out below!
